Gary's Dad celebrated his 80th birthday last weekend. Along with Gary's other siblings we planned a surprise trip up to Utah. I would have to say the other siblings did the planning we basically showed up! We left Thursday after Gary got off work, and stayed the night in Cedar City. We got a great deal on a hotel and went swimming! That's right snow every where and we were swimming in the indoor pool!
Friday we headed the rest of the way to Ogden where we stayed with Gary's sister Julie. Friday night Julie got a sitter so that all the siblings could go out to dinner. It was a lot of fun not having to worry about the kids and just getting to talk among adults.
Saturday we kept busy and that night we met up with Gary's parents at a restaurant. It was nice to be there for Gary's Dad's birthday.

Sunday we drove to Springville and stayed with my parents. It was raining outside so my camera stayed in the car! But it was fun hanging out with them. And the kids enjoyed playing with all of their baby cousin Williams toys. We really did have a great time. Monday we headed back to Vegas!
His dad is 80?? Wow. I'm so glad you guys were able to get out of town and enjoy the snow! =)
