Fourth of July started off at 6am in the morning.
-Breakfast at the Giffords
-Boulder City Parade
-Met up with Mangums and went to the Fiesta Buffet
-Then went back to the Mangum's parents house and made chocolate dipped pretzels!
-We were planing on going home after this, but the kids talked us out of leaving! They were having so much fun.
-We headed over to a Boulder City baseball field where we met up with a few more people. And the kids okay everyone played!
-Maylee practiced her picture taking skills
- At 9pm all the lights went out and Boulder City set off fireworks. It was awesome.
-We finally got home close to 11pm! We still had our own fireworks to shoot off. At first I felt super guilty it was 11pm! But pulled up to our neighborhood lit up with illegal firework and the sound of gun shots! So our little legal ones did not even make a peep!
The kids were exhausted and not to worry even though they did not get to bed till 12am they were all up by 7am!! So great to be a Maynor!
Sounds like a blast!! That sucks the kids still woke up early the next day though. That is my life too. Maybe they taught it to William ;).
