WHAT HAPPEN!!!

What happen to my baby girl! It does not seem like that long ago Katelynn was my baby girl! And 7.5 years later this walks down my stairs!

How does this happen? Why must my little kids that I like to think that I can control grow up! A little about my little girl who is growing up way to fast!

- She has some great little girl friends!
-She loves riding her two wheeler with one hand up and down the sidewalks!
-For fun(really) she like to write reports. She wrote one about giraffes a few weeks ago, and got to go read it to the principal!
- Loves listening to music.
- She enjoys school and loves her teachers except for the PE teacher :P
- Luckily and hopefully for a long time it lingers she has no interest in boys! :)
-She is Mom Jr. Really look at those legs! No those are not white nylons her legs are really that white just like her mom.

I think the one thing that I am having the most difficulty with is she is turning the big eight this year! She will be baptized this June. Being a convert to the church this is big and new. Starting last month we started teaching teach my gospel lesson(missionary lessons) once or twice a month. I just want to make sure she feels secure with her decision to get baptized. Gary and I just take turn teaching. I think it has been fun.

Gary and I are blessed to have Katelynn be our oldest child she is a great example to her younger siblings. We love our Katelynn even if she is growing up a little to fast!

  1. I feel you on the growing too fast thing! How can we be old enough to be parents of baptized children?! Katelynn needs to stay oblivious to the fact that she is beautiful and a great catch until Tanner gets home from his mission. Then and only then can she like boys...as long as that boy is my Tanner!

  2. I was just thinking the other day how Paige and Katelynn are going to be 8 this year. Time has flown by! Also, I honestly thought she was wearing nylons. Summer will be here before we know it and she'll be dark again!
