Our Katelynn is growing so quickly. I can't believe at the end of this school year she will be getting baptized it blows my mind! Am I really old enough to have a 8 year old???? Katelynn has adapted to her new school better then I could have ever imagined. She has made a group of friends that just such great kids that I know will be a great example for her and she will be the same for them.
At Open House her teacher did a really fun scavenger Hunt around the class room where the kids basically showed us all the centers. Katelynn liked it because she was in charge with a clip board in hand! Her teacher sends home letters every Friday letting us know how she is doing I love these letters. As the kids get older they just run out the gate. No time to talk to the teacher or make sure they are doing great or not so much. So I look forward to my weekly update. This weeks the letter said, " Katelynn is a kind -hearted child. She has a great personality. Katelynn is always very focused and determined to do well. It is a pleasure to have in our class." Short little letter but enough to let me know she is doing well!

Katelynn was able to have two of her buddies over. Sweet cute little girls!
Katelynn for the 3rd year in a row received the citizenship award.
MOM FOUND A NEW HAIR TOY!!
At the bow party Katelynn made a few bows! She wanted to show them off!!
Katelynn loves writing stories. And reached her first 100book challenge recently!
